   The Media Services department at Keystone College is dedicated to the creation, acquisition, and presentation of digital media for educational, training, and informative purposes, and serves faculty, staff,  and administration of the college. The Media Services department also works with students on multimedia projects and presentations, as requested by faculty.

Some of the services provided by the Media Services department are:

  • Videotaping

  • Video duplication (please supply blank tape)

  • Video production

  • DVD authoring

  • Web design

  • Instructional Design

  • Multimedia content creation for web or CD ROM

  • Videoconferencing

  • Sound reinforcement and display equipment for special events

  • Presentation equipment for classrooms( TV/ VCRs, Data Projectors, overheads)

  • Design, room configuration and pricing for multimedia and videoconferencing equipment.

   If personal assistance is needed (such as videotaping or training), requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.


   Media service/audio visual equipment requests for academic use must be made at least one working day in advance, and are prioritized on a first come, first serve basis for equipment availability. 

   Weekend requests for equipment for academic use must be three working days in advance. 

   Special event requests for equipment must be received two weeks in advance. 

   Equipment and services can be requested by filling out an IT help desk ticket at the IT homepage (http://it).
